Lewis & Clark Wild Game Dinner With Elsom Cellars
Inspired by the Corps of Discovery diaries, the Depot has prepared a menu of locally harvested vegetables and wild game...with a gourmet twist. This four-course meal lets you imagine how the Lewis and Clark experienced the local flavors of Pacific Northwest cuisine and includes wine, braised rabbit, a fresh arugula salad, pickled quail egg, elk croutons, butternut squash bisque, venison medallions on leek, sweet corn and hominy succotash, and a fruit tart for dessert.
